Chairman Sixto Brillantes had a bit of fun with magician David Blaine
during the latter's special appearance on Mornings@ANC. Blaine first
asked Brillantes to pick a card from the deck and the chairman chose the
seven of spades.
The
magician then asked Brillantes to sign the card using a Sharpie. He
then asked Brillantes to read the logo on the Sharpie. It now read:
"Seven of Spades." The Comelec Chairman also helped in another magic
trick wherein Blaine made all the cards in the deck disappear except for
the seven of spades and all the hearts. Asked what he thought of
Blaine, Brillantes said: "He can solve the traffic problem. Make it
disappear.'
